By the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Lay the foundation for future orchestration by aligning list builds and trigger events across your GTM org 

Session 2:
GTM Orchestration — Mapping the Motion

 

By the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Define your GTM orchestration strategy based on enriched lists and real-time triggers
  • Build orchestration flowcharts and rep enablement maps to keep everyone on the same page
  • Surface insights to reps and structure marketing workflows tied to behavioral signals

Session 3:
Execution — Deploying Real Campaign Workflows

 

By the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Trigger campaigns from hyper-enriched lists and signals
  • Automate workflows across tools like HubSpot, Clay, and Salesloft.
  • Personalize content based on meaningful signals (without resorting to gimmicks)

Session 4:
Content Automation Use Cases

 

By the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Repurpose existing content (podcasts, webinars, interviews) using AI for scaled distribution
  • Build automated content workflows for newsletters, social, and executive insights
  • Streamline content creation and distribution for full-funnel GTM support
