Deans oversee our flagship schools—foundational programs on key go-to-market roles that run for 8-10 weeks. Deans have extensive experience in the relevant role and are often long-time Pavilion University instructors. As dean, they manage a cohesive, overarching curricular structure, creating a throughline throughout the term, and assemble the faculty who teach.
Meet our Course Designers
Course Designers create and often teach our course offerings—deep dives on individual topics that run for 3-6 weeks. They are selected for their expertise in the relevant topic and abilities to coach and mentor.
