Introducing Pavilion’s 2022 Rising Stars

Pavilion is proud to introduce our new class of Rising Stars, each nominated by their colleagues to attend the 2022 CRO Summit. These four up-and-coming leaders now have the opportunity  to attend the sold-out 2022 CRO Summit on an all-inclusive trip to New York, where they will attend expert-led sessions, hands-on workshops, and networking events featuring VP+ and C-suite revenue leaders from around the globe. 

Each Rising Star was nominated by their organization and chosen by Pavilion’s selection committee to represent the next generation of forward-thinking sales leaders. Let’s meet the rising stars! 

 

Rising Sales Director: Carolyn Eames, Customer Success Leader at Felux

Carolyn Eames is tasked with running the Sales, Solutions Engineering and CS teams at Felux — no small feat for a company connecting users to thousands of suppliers and buyers for sourcing, procurement and shipping needs.

Her nominators at Felux say Carolyn, “exemplifies everything our team would want in a leader. She’s a student of the game!” Carolyn’s analytical background gives her the unique ability to leverage data in impactful ways, digging deeper to find nuggets of insights that impact her team. 

 

Rising Frontline Sales Manager: Devin Rosenberg, Frontline Sales Manager at Demandbase

As part of the Demandbase team, Devin Rosenberg quickly became a sales leader by providing B2B companies the sales and marketing support to target new users. Within just a year, Rosenberg made quick work at mastering the core competencies, working cross-functionally, and dedicating his time to making those around him better. 

From his nominator: “Devin should be included in this program because he WILL be a CRO one day.” His dedication to improving his skill each day made him a strong candidate for inclusion at this year’s CRO Summit.

 

Rising Sales Development Rep: Andrew Lodwig, Sales Development Rep at Homebot

Homebot empowers homeowners by building meaningful engagement with real estate agents and loan officers — and their growing team scored big by bringing Andrew Lodwig into the fold. A true student and team player, Andrew has proven he’s willing to do everything to contribute to Homebot’s success. 

After participating in Pavilion’s SDR School, Andrew shared his learnings  with his team of AEs to empower the group. “Andrew is a true student, but I believe he will someday be an even better teacher and he belongs at an event like this. He has earned it,” says his nominator. 

 

 

Rising Account Executive: Gabrielle Des Georges, Strategic Account Executive at Zeplin

Gabrielle Des Georges (Gabby) has only been at Zeplin for a little over a year, but she’s already become an essential part of the team. Her nominators at Zeplin said the following about her “I’ve been leading account teams for almost 20 years and I’ve never known a more organized, prepared sales rep.” 

As a strategic account executive, Gabby stays ahead of the curve with a fervent drive and a constant willingness to improve. “Gabby’s a great champion for her accounts, and enjoys creating an environment that is mutually beneficial for the customer and Zeplin.”
