Little Lauren, Lauren Magistro

We've always been small in stature. And while we won’t grow much taller, what we lack in size we make up for in passion, heart, personality, deep connections, and a bold commitment to following our internal compass.

At various points in your life and career, you may feel like you don’t have a map. You aren’t sure what comes next on the journey. But that's all by design. Each chapter unfolds as you lean into what excites you, explore your curiosity, and tap into your natural gifts.

I know you always put your all into everything you do. Others will notice that. So just follow the threads and see where they lead—you might just delight yourself.

Here’s some wisdom we've learned along the way:

Trust yourself. You have everything you need. Just look within.

Caring is one of your superpowers. Don't feel like you need to toughen up to be successful.

Your reserved nature might make people second-guess you, but that’s part of what makes you a powerful listener. You help people process their experiences, feel heard, understood, and seen. That is the most powerful gift.

Trying to be perfect got you really far in life, but ultimately, embracing your flaws is what will help you embrace authenticity and feel so much more confident and at ease.

Self-doubt is a natural human experience, but you don’t have to indulge it. Most people, even ones with lots of experience and fancy titles, don’t know what they are doing half the time!

Spoiler… I still have to remind myself of these things often because, after all, we’re still human. It’s a process of remembering and forgetting and then remembering again.

But whenever you feel lost or stuck or anxious, just put your hand over your heart, close your eyes, take a deep breath, and look inward for the answers. You know.

With love and hugs,
Lauren
