Executive vs Scale — Pavilion

Executive is the network. Scale is the room.

Executive puts 10,000+ GTM operators within reach. Scale gives you eight of them who already know your numbers, on the calendar twice a month, off the record.

For members deciding whether to move up. Founding rate for current and former members: $5,000 a year.

The network, and the room inside it.

EXECUTIVE · THE NETWORK

You reach in when you need something.

10,000+ operators across sales, marketing, CS, and RevOps. 45+ chapters, 200+ events a year, nine schools, and a Slack that answers in under an hour.

SCALE · THE ROOM

The same people, all year.

One council of eight to ten operators at your stage, matched by hand, meeting twice a month with a professional facilitator. What's said in the room stays in the room.

Your team is too close to see it. Your board is too far to ask. The peer team you need is the one team you can't go hire. So we built it for you.

You keep everything. You add the room.

Scale sits one tier above Executive. Nothing you have today goes away. The chapters, the schools, the Slack, the events, all of it stays.

Scale adds the one thing the open network cannot give you: a fixed, small, off-record room that already knows you.

From inside the room.

We've had tears. We've laughed. We've come together around really spicy topics. These are real systemic shifts that are happening in our industry, and to be able to collaborate with other smart, progressive thinkers that are not trying to just rip off an existing playbook, but really design the new one.
Jenny Dingus
SVP Global Sales
When you actually commit to it and carve out the time for it, that's an incredible reinforcing experience. And now for me, it's something I would not miss.

Operating Partner · Westcap
In that room, everyone's real. We've all had the shitty day, we've got crap relationships with our bosses, and there's real value in working through that together.

Common questions.

Scale is a new kind of membership. These are the things people ask before they move up.

What is a Small Council? +
A confidential group of eight to ten senior operators, matched by function and company stage. Cross-functional, non-competitive, led by a trained professional facilitator. Every session has a hot seat: someone brings a real, current problem and the group works it through. No prep, no slides, off the record. Eleven councils are running today, and members rate match quality 9.3 out of 10.
What's the time commitment? +
Two hours a month, as two one-hour sessions. The calendar hold is the point. We designed for 80% attendance, not 100%, but if you can't protect two hours a month, this isn't the right fit.
What does it cost? +
$7,500 a year, with a $5,000 founding rate for current and former members. A $500 deposit holds your application; the balance is due when you're matched to a council. One comp conversation, one right intro, one decision you didn't make alone tends to cover it.
How is this different from a mastermind? +
No guru, no curriculum, no pitch. Two things set it apart. First, it's cross-functional: sales, marketing, CS, and RevOps in the same room, because the best pushback often comes from an adjacent function. Second, facilitation isn't optional: every council has a trained, paid moderator whose only job is keeping the conversation honest. Facilitator quality is 9.7 out of 10 in the current program.
