Feb 28, 2024

12pm — 1pm

Overview: Every board meeting is an audition – for your current role, for future roles, for possible board opportunities. This can make even the most seasoned executive nervous.

In this discussion with Katrina Klier, we’ll look at trends, strategies, and tactics to win the board conversation. From planning the presentation to making sure you are heard to handling tough questions,  you’ll learn to go beyond holding your ground and win the board conversation.
