Partnerships School — Pavilion

You sit in the middle. Now lead from it.

Eight weeks on the strategy, structure, and metrics that turn partnerships into revenue the exec team can see.

Starts Tuesday, September 1Tuesdays · 1:00–2:30 PM ET
8 weeks, live90-minute working sessions

Raise your hand

We'll set up time to talk through where your partnership strategy is breaking and how Partnerships School maps to it.

Open to Pavilion executive members.

What you walk out with.

Systems and artifacts you can put to work the same week, built on your own partners and org, not a binder of frameworks.

A partnership strategy on one page

Strategic intent, the motions worth funding, and the case that aligns the board and C-suite behind it.

A cross-functional operating cadence

Shared definitions and one rhythm across sales, product, marketing, and finance, so partnerships stops living between them.

Coverage and governance models

Structures, systems, and incentives built to scale partner-generated revenue, not just partner activity.

A partner measurement system

Metrics that separate marketplace revenue, co-sell, and services, so impact reads clearly to finance.

An incentive and program design

Partner ops and incentives that pull revenue through the channel instead of pushing activity into it.

A boardroom narrative

How to translate partner value into the growth, efficiency, and competitive terms an exec team acts on.

Treated as a support function
Caught between four teams
Impact that's hard to prove

The seat at the table isn't given. Here, you earn it.

What members say.

From operators who've sat in the same seat.

What eight weeks changes.

You walk in defending the function. You walk out running it.

Strategy

A strategy the exec team rallies behind

Set the strategic intent, prioritize the motions that matter, and align the board and C-suite around focused investment.

Scale

Programs built to scale

Coverage models, governance, systems, and incentives designed to drive partner-generated revenue, not just activity.

Credibility

The fluency the board expects

Translate partner value into the growth, efficiency, and competitive terms the board acts on.

Partnerships School is one eight-week cohort, open to Pavilion executive members. Raise your hand and we'll walk you through it.

8 weeks, live
90-min sessions
8 operators teaching
Executive members only

Before you raise your hand.

Is this tactical or strategic?
Both. Strategy frameworks first, then practical examples from leaders who've built partner functions at companies like Salesforce, Okta, and HubSpot. Several sessions go straight at executive alignment, governance, and communicating partner value in business terms, so you leave with the thinking and the artifacts.
How much time does it take?
Eight sessions, one 90-minute live session a week, Tuesdays at 1:00 PM ET, September 1 through October 27, with a break the week of Pavilion GTM. It's discussion-driven, and most of the real work happens between sessions, on your own strategy, partners, and numbers.
Do I need to already run a large partnerships org?
No. It's built for first-time and aspiring CXO-level partnership leaders looking to widen their scope and executive influence, whether you're leading services, ISV, hyperscaler, marketplace, or distribution motions.
Why join Pavilion to take this?
Partnerships School is members-only and sits inside the wider operator network: peer groups, benchmarking, templates, and revenue and partnership leaders working the same problems you are. You keep that network long after the eight weeks end.

Run partnerships the board takes seriously.

Raise your hand and we'll find time to talk through where your partnership strategy is breaking and how Partnerships School maps to it.
