Participation Agreement
Mentorship Code of Conduct
We expect all who participate in this program to agree to, and abide by the following conduct.
For All Participants
- I will dedicate 45-60 minutes every other week (6 sessions total) for live meetings
- I will honor my partner's time by showing up prepared, being punctual, and maintaining consistent engagement
- I will complete assigned tasks, provide updates, and consider feedback

- I will establish clear, actionable objectives at program start
- I will take the driver's seat in scheduling meetings
- I will come to each session with specific topics and challenges to discuss
- I will actively seek feedback, test mentor guidance, and report back on outcomes
- I will initiate conversations and updates proactively, not waiting to be asked

- I will provide frameworks and insights rather than prescriptive solutions
- I will ask questions to fully understand mentee challenges before advising
- I will share personal failures and lessons learned to create meaningful dialogue
- I will offer constructive feedback while maintaining an encouraging environment

By signing this agreement, I commit to participate in the full 12 week program:
- Treating this program as a serious professional commitment
- Respecting that limited spots mean my engagement affects others' opportunities
- Understanding that successful mentorship requires mutual investment from both parties
- Adhering to Pavilion's community values and professional conduct standards
Failure to honor these commitments may result in removal from the current program.
