For most people, the idea of marketing strategy is hazy at best, and ideas like the “4 Ps” are conjured up for the rest. Modern marketing requires a new set of skills and tools to craft a winning strategy that can support a successful plan and execution across the organization.

In this course, students will explore the key skills and processes needed to create and execute a marketing strategy. Topics include understanding what a modern marketing strategy really is, leading and understanding yourself, leading your team, building key relationships, and synthesizing your strategy into a solid plan using budgeting processes and tools.
