What is a Pavilion Envoy?

Envoys are leaders within the Executive community who foster impactful conversations and drive meaningful connections among peers. Specializing in one of three areas (Core Groups, Functional Groups, Event Hosts), Envoys are stewards of our member experience — bringing their thought leadership, functional expertise, and passion for community-powered learning to Executives throughout the globe.

Envoys are selected through an application process, have regular training, and are supported by the Pavilion HQ team.

Applications are open for Event Host roles.

Core Group Leader and Functional Group Leader applications are now closed.

A Core Group is a private, cross-functional group of ~150 Executive Members from the same city or region. Core Group Members support one another through community-powered learning experiences primarily driven by monthly virtual moderated group meetings, in-person Pavilion experiences, and private Slack channels for 24/7 Q&A. Core Groups give Executives a private, safe space to brainstorm, problem-solve, strategize, and share best-practices among peers with expertise in sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations and finance. Core Groups are carefully moderated by Envoys who have committed to helping every member unlock and achieve their professional potential.

A Functional Group is a private group of Executive Members from the same function – sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations, finance, or consulting/advisory. Like Core Groups, Functional Group Members support one another through community-learning experiences primarily driven by monthly virtual moderated group meetings, in-person Pavilion experiences, and private Slack channels for 24/7 Q&A. Functional Groups also give Executives a private, safe space to brainstorm, problem-solve, strategize, and share best-practices among peers with expertise in sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations and finance. Functional Groups are carefully moderated by Envoys who have proven expertise in their functional area and are committed to helping every member unlock and achieve their professional potential.

Event Hosts will primarily support regional private Executive dinners/workshops. These dinners of about 20 Executive Members are a pillar of the Pavilion experience, and require a qualified moderator to drive valuable conversations and connections. We’re planning on hosting roughly 100 private dinners per year.

Event Host Envoy applications are open. Apply here. We will still accept applications after October 19 for Functional Group Leaders and Core Group Leaders, but the waiting period to be assigned (if selected) will be significantly longer.
