Overview
Advanced RevOps is designed to offer students strategic perspectives and learnings for those wanting to transition into a VP role or refine your craft as a seasoned executive.
This 4-week course will provide you with actionable insights into the core functions of RevOps leadership. Such functions include leading GTM strategy and planning, building a GTM/RevOps Playbook, defining KPIs and metrics that matter, and building and scaling a world-class team.
Rosalyn Santa Elena brings 20+ years of Revenue Operations and leadership expertise to the conversation, having worked at large companies like Synopsys and Brocade, and more recently building and shaping Rev Ops from the ground up in start-ups. What becomes apparent is her effervescent passion for Rev Ops as well as the knowledge that you have to be intentional about how you create a pathway for success.

Over 4 weeks you will learn about the core functions of RevOps leadership including leading GTM strategy and planning, building a GTM/RevOps Playbook, defining KPIs and metrics that matter, and building and scaling a world-class team.
This course is designed for those with prior RevOps experience looking to transition into a VP role or to refine their operational skill set.
This course will help you improve in your current role or to help you transition into a VP role by introducing you to strategic perspectives and learnings.
By the end of this course you will have the knowledge and skills to be able to:
- Understand and manage the data that is most important to the health of your business including building a strategy to track and measure the entire customer journey
- Successfully lead GTM strategy planning and implementation for your organization ultimately improving pipeline generation and performance
- Build a culture of excellence for your RevOps team that attracts and retains top talent
- Define comprehensive and meaningful KPIs to track revenue growth, optimize for performance, and tell compelling stories with data
