About the Course
Leaders inspire and catalyze teams through communicating a powerful purpose that people want to commit their time and creativity towards realizing. This 3-week strategic leadership course will develop your abilities to define and communicate the purpose of your organization or team, create a vision, establish an ambitious but meaningful mission, and identify minimal metrics for focused execution and problem-solving. If your leadership strength is vision, this course can shore up your skills for realizing that vision through mission and metrics. If your leadership strength is operational, this course can unlock your ability to create and articulate purpose and vision.
Learn from world class visionaries and strategists about how to use curiosity, observation, frame-shifting, design-thinking and more.
Evaluate existing missions, create our own missions to drive our teams forward, and learn how to balance different group decision-making processes to maximize buy-in and speed.
Assess types of goals and metrics, match metrics to mission, understand false metrics, and learn how to generate 1-3 metrics that can focus your team toward mission success.
