Overview

Leaders inspire and catalyze teams by communicating a powerful purpose that people want to commit their time and creativity towards realizing. This 3-week strategic leadership course will develop your abilities to define and communicate the purpose of your organization or team, create a vision, establish an ambitious but meaningful mission, and identify minimal metrics for focused execution and problem-solving.

If your leadership strength is vision, this course can shore up your skills for realizing that vision through mission and metrics. If your leadership strength is operational, this course can unlock your ability to create and articulate purpose and vision.
