In this 4-week course on PLG fundamentals, you will learn how to build a PLG strategy, navigate PLG with enterprise customers, and work with internal stakeholders to accelerate growth and success while avoiding common pitfalls.

Designer

Julia Gilinets is a GTM executive who has helped scale businesses from 0 to $100M across B2B SaaS, ad tech, tech consultancies, and dev tools. She was fortunate enough to build the PLG foundation from the ground up way before it was cool or it even had a name.

Currently, she is CRO at Ada Developer Academy, helping change the face of tech while closing the gap in the software engineer shortage for tech companies. She enjoys sharing her knowledge via advising, speaking engagements, and teachings.

PLG Strategy: Designing Your PLG Blueprint (Part II)

By the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Create a company-wide action plan that determines how sales, marketing, customer success, engineering, and product can measure success and contribute to growth
  • Help users become better versions of themselves by developing a more personalized and seamless user experience

By the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Establish and scale a complementary relationship between PLG and enterprise sales
  • Build a PLG strategy that meets the needs of complex enterprise sales motions

Session #4
Streamlining Your PLG Life

By the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Bring the PLG mindset internally to your company to truly and correctly execute a product-led strategy
  • Decide what tools to implement, automations to build, and the internal and external metrics you should track to measure and ensure success
