Overview

Designed for new leaders and for leaders seeking to improve their leadership skills, this three-session Role of a Leader course will give you access to a range of leadership practices and a deeper understanding of your own leadership style, its strengths and weaknesses. You’ll leave the course with tools and strategies for leveraging different leadership approaches in different situations. The course employs a “flipped” classroom approach. Learners will be expected to complete self-paced content and activities in advance of interactive live sessions that build on asynchronous coursework with discussion, application exercises, and breakout activities.
