Bring your career vision into focus through a 12-session comprehensive school designed to enhance your skill sets and prepare you to level up strategically.
You will work with industry-leading experts every other week to prepare for the next step in your career. Additionally, you will use learnings from private group lessons, facilitated cohort sessions, and additional resources to prepare for the next step in your career.

Rising Executives Program is a comprehensive program designed to help you move to the Executive Team or C-Suite by breaking down the hard and soft skills required to level up.
Who Should Enroll
This program is intended for professionals with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience, who have managed at least one individual contributor interested in leveling up their leadership skills.

Yes, there will be cohorts for this school. Cohorts meet once per week at a selected day/time during the duration of the program.

After successfully meeting attendance requirements and passing the final exam, you will receive a certificate that you can add to your Licenses and Certification Section on LinkedIn.

Yes, there is a final exam at the end of this school. A passing score of 80% must be attained in order to receive your certificate.

Yes, 80% attendance is required. We recommend that participants attend the live sessions for the optimal learning experience. However, watching session recordings counts towards attendance for those who have scheduling conflicts or are in time zones where live attendance is challenging.
